price, clean
1. delay to provide additional blenket. 2. in the discribtion it was written there are sofa bed but actually there is noe sofa bed. 3. there no TV channels for children. 4.My room view is not in Al Qasba view (not good view) 5. Only one bathroom. 6. no microwave 7.The kitchen does not have accessories.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the key Christmas attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered a great selection of food.
The Wi-Fi was very slow and kept cutting out, which was frustrating when trying to keep in touch with family over the Christmas period. The pool was a little disappointing, as it was quite small and not very warm.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with clean rooms and excellent facilities. The staff, especially at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, this hotel provides parking spaces and is located in a good area near to public places such as shops, cafes, and restaurants. Transportation is also accessible, with the airport being only a short drive away.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Reasonable price for economy stay, for sharjah Visitors it is good place to stay .
Intenet charge for rooms is high but you can use free internet on Hotel's lobby ( even that didn't work on my laptop !!! )

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff here are amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Sarah greeted us with a smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The bell boys Rajan, Majeed, and another staff member whose name I can't remember were also consistently friendly and went out of their way to assist us. We were even upgraded to a higher room category, which was a pleasant surprise.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those doing business in the Industrial area or nearby cities and airports. the rooms are simple and basic, but may come with complimentary WIFI. the staff are generally hospitable and willing to help.
This hotel seems to lack basic amenities such as working water pipes, sauna facilities and free WIFI.
